Andrew and Siobhan are the is the co-founders and directors of Down To Earth Organics Pty Ltd that also owns Stuff For Baby. Andrew and Siobhan’s backgrounds are in health, marketing, events management for disadvantaged children. Like Siobhan, Andrew left his successful career to pursue his passion further for safe feeding products for babies. It is not unusual to hear Andrew and Siobhan tapping away on a PC at 11pm most week nights after Asha has been put to bed.	Emily is the addition to the company. Emily specialises in many things including administration, product research, blog topic research, blog updating, product updating pretty much running the office. Emily has become a valuable member of the team and bends over back-wards to assist customers in any problems or inquiries they may have. Emily has a background in childcare.	Melanie has been contracting to us for two years and has been the brains of our design team. Melanie has had a leading hand in everything we have done from a design point of view. Melanie's work truly invigorates and inspires us. We feel very lucky to have her as part of our team.
